3D Printing / Design to order
No 3D model yet? Start with the idea.

A useful brief is wonderfully ordinary
A photo, a rough sketch and a few measurements are enough to start.
We do not expect a perfect CAD drawing. Show us the existing part, where it goes and what is frustrating about it. Reference images, hand sketches and PDFs can be attached directly to your brief.
Design, prototype, produce
A practical path from rough brief to repeatable part
1. Tell us what you need
Send a sketch, measurements, photos, reference links, the intended use and anything the part must fit around. A rough brief is fine—we will ask the useful questions.
2. We scope and design it
We confirm the deliverables, design fee, print estimate and expected timing before work starts. Then we build a printable model around the agreed brief.
3. You review the model
We share the important dimensions and design details for approval. If a prototype makes sense, we print one first so fit and function can be checked in the real world.
4. We print the part or batch
Once approved, we produce the quantity you need, complete a practical quality check and keep the agreed design ready for straightforward repeat orders.
Good fits for the service
- Brackets, mounts, spacers and adapters
- Project boxes, enclosures and cable guides
- Workshop jigs, templates and organisers
- Non-safety-critical replacement parts

- Small batches for clubs, teams or businesses
What to include in your brief
- What the part needs to do
- Key dimensions and what it must fit

- Where it will be used—indoors, outdoors, near heat or under load
- Preferred colour, finish and approximate quantity
- Your ideal deadline and any fixed constraints
Start the conversation
Tell us what you are trying to make
Send the full context in one place—description, dimensions and up to five private photos, sketches or PDFs. We will review it within one business day and let you know the sensible next step.
Custom design is quoted separately from printing. Unless expressly agreed, this is a design-for-printing service—not engineering certification or approval for safety-critical use.
