Delivery areas

We primarily ship within Australia. International shipping may be offered for selected products and destinations at checkout or by arrangement.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly on business days. Delivery estimates are estimates only and can be affected by carrier capacity, public holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, customs, dangerous goods restrictions, payment review, stock discrepancies or other events outside our control.

Carriers and tracking

We may use Australia Post, courier networks, fulfilment partners or other carriers depending on parcel size, destination, service level and product restrictions. Tracking details are sent where the selected service supports tracking.

PO Boxes and carrier limits

If Aramex is selected as the carrier, you must provide a physical street address. Aramex cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, locked bags or similar postal-only addresses.

If you provide a PO Box or postal-only address for an Aramex shipment, dispatch may be delayed while we contact you for a street address. Where available, we may offer a different carrier such as Australia Post, which may involve a different delivery cost or timeframe. If we cannot obtain a deliverable address or suitable carrier, we may cancel and refund the affected order unless the law requires another remedy.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, email and phone number that is compatible with the carrier you select. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, carrier-incompatible address, non-collection or failed delivery, we may need to charge the carrier costs for redelivery unless the law requires otherwise.

If tracking says delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us quickly so we can help investigate with the carrier. Delivery investigations may require time and information from you.

Authority to leave and unattended parcels

If you request authority to leave or the carrier offers unattended delivery, the parcel may be left without a signature. Consider the delivery location carefully because unattended parcels can be affected by weather, theft or incorrect collection.

International orders, customs and import rules

For international orders, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, delivery restrictions, product standards and local compliance requirements unless checkout states otherwise. We cannot guarantee that a product is lawful or certified for use outside Australia.

Dangerous goods and restricted items

Some products, including batteries, aerosols, chemicals, magnets, wireless devices or heavy items, may be subject to carrier restrictions, air transport limits or destination exclusions. We may need to change the shipping method or cancel restricted items if they cannot be shipped safely or lawfully.
