Common questions
What files can I upload for a custom print?
STL and OBJ files work best for an instant price. 3MF and STEP files are also welcome for manual review. If you do not have a 3D model yet, start with our design-to-order service instead.
What materials and colours do you offer?
We print in PLA+, PETG and a range of specialty filaments, in a variety of colours. You choose the material and colour when you order.
How long does printing take?
Most made-to-order and custom prints ship within a few business days, then travel Australia-wide with AusPost or Aramex.
Do you print one-offs, or is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for most work. Order one prototype, one catalogue product or a repeat batch. Products in our 3D-printed range are made on demand rather than held as finished stock.
Can you design the model for me?
Yes. Send a sketch, dimensions, photos or a clear description of the problem. We will confirm the brief, quote the design work and printing separately, then get your approval before production.
