1. Upload your model
Drop in an STL or OBJ. STL gets a live 3D preview and both formats are measured for an instant price. 3MF and STEP files are welcome too; those go through a quick manual review.
2. Pick material & colour
Choose from our stocked materials and colours. Each material lists what it is good at — strength, outdoor use, heat, flexibility — so you can match the material to the job, not the other way around.
3. See the exact price instantly
The price is computed from your model, not a guess: material used (volume × density × per-gram rate) plus machine time and a small setup fee. What you see is what you pay — no quote emails, no waiting.
4. We print, check and ship
Your part is printed in Melbourne, checked against the order, cleaned of supports where required and packed properly. You get tracking when it ships.

- Export in millimetres — it is the 3D-printing standard and what our checker assumes.
Design guidelines
- Walls at least 0.8 mm thick. Thinner features may not survive printing — our checker flags them at upload.
- Leave clearance on moving parts. 0.2–0.4 mm between mating surfaces prints crisp, snug fits.
- Overhangs beyond ~50° need supports. We add and remove them for you, but gentle angles finish cleaner.
- Solid, watertight meshes print best. Most slicer errors trace back to holes or flipped faces — run a mesh repair if your software offers one.
- Not sure? Upload it anyway. Every job is reviewed by a human before it prints, and we will contact you rather than print something that will disappoint.
Honest, upfront pricing
Material used, machine time and a small setup fee — computed from your actual model before you pay. Bigger quantities spread the setup fee thinner.
Checked before it ships
Supports removed, surfaces inspected, dimensions spot-checked. If a print doesn’t meet our bar, we reprint it before you ever see it.

What file formats can I upload?
STL and OBJ get an instant preview and price. 3MF and STEP are accepted but priced after a quick manual review, since they need server-side processing.
How is the price calculated?
From your model itself: the material it will use (model volume × material density × per-gram rate), plus machine time for the print and a small setup fee. You see the exact number before you pay.
How long until my print ships?
Most single parts are printed and packed within 2–4 business days. Large parts, big quantities or manual-review files can take a little longer — we will tell you before you commit.
What if my part is too big for one print?
Parts that exceed our build volume are flagged at upload. You can split the model, scale it, or contact us — big jobs can often be printed in sections and joined.
Do you check my file before printing?
Yes. Every job is reviewed for printability — wall thickness, overhangs, orientation — and we will contact you rather than print something we know will disappoint.
Is my design kept private?
Always. Uploaded models are used only to produce your order — they are never shared, resold or added to our catalogue.
Can you design the part if I do not have a 3D model?
Yes. Send a sketch, dimensions, photos or a description of the problem through our design-to-order page. We quote design work and printing separately, and get your approval before production.
